Exceptional Service! I was in Chicago on business and needed to find an aesthetician, so I turned to Groupon and discovered Amber and I’m so glad I did! Although I have a regular wax lady back home in Charlotte, I was long overdue and decided to give Amber a try. From start to finish, her service was excellent. She was professional, efficient, and made the entire process comfortable. Her suite was clean, welcoming, and had a whole vibe that added to the experience. It truly felt like self-care at its finest. If I lived in Chicago, I would absolutely be a regular. Thank you, Amber, for a wonderful and refreshing experience!

I scheduled a v steam. When scheduling the appointment, I had to leave a credit card in the event I didn’t cancel my appointment on time. I went to my appointment and no one answered the door or the phone. When I sent a text message via the internet, no one responded and my appointment was Tuesday. It’s so discouraging being a consumer at places that charge you for being late and no shows however they can do it to you and not acknowledge you at all.

I've been going to Amber for 6 years now, so that alone should be all the proof needed! She does an excellent job every time, and is very good at what she does! She's very personable and friendly, and I would definitely recommend her!
