I came here for a facial and she did an amazing job. Prior to going to Keen Luz my skin was itchy and had dry flakes. She reassured me that once I use her products and stay consistent with my skincare it will get better. She was correct, the issues I had with my skin, are practically gone. Purchased a Groupon for a 90 min massage. I called and made the appt. The person I spoke with was very nice and professional. And they followed up with me prior to my appointment to make sure I had the accurate address. When I first walked in I was greeted by the owner. I asked if I could use the bathroom. The bathroom is in a share spaced because there are other business on that floor. That was the only con about my whole experience. The bathroom was dirty, small and dark. Nothing like her area. When I walked into her actual room it smelled fresh and clean. She had the lights dimmed and relaxing music playing in the background.
