I absolutely adore this building it’s beautiful and modern inside with a slightly antique look to their old doors! Very clean! Bathrooms are amazing and paint in offices are done better! Definitely recommend renting here if you’re looking in the middle of renovations and can’t wait to see the finished product.
Love the historical updates that developers have done here! Also great to have a UPS store downtown.
Old building, Good bunch of lawyers office.
A decent old building but some of their restrooms are just gross. I found out that they are open to the public and some undesirables go there. I like the old, aged wood and it is very nostalgic to explore the floors. I believe it is 8 floors. I felt like I had stepped back in time visiting it again in the 1950's. I liked the feeling.
Reasonably priced. Reasonable experience
