I want to start off by saying this 1 star review is not because of the staff. Ashley, the front desk and IT are very nice and friendly employees and I wish them well. My issue here would be with upper management. I had started off with renting a private office in the co-working space on the 3rd floor. My office was located near the co-working “quite space” where people could pay $200 a monthly and work quietly amongst themselves...this later turned into a Verizon recruiting class holding workshops on their sales pitch for selling fios packages. Very loud and disturbing the private offices nearby. After a while we received an email saying that they were getting rid of the offices of the third floor and relocating their Kearny works members of the third floor to its new Annex expansion (if

We've had our business located at Kearny Point for several years. The building is absolutely gorgeous and does not disappoint. If your goal is to provide a very nice working environment for your staff while impressing clients, this is the place to be. The building isn't just a pretty place to be as it is functional and well kept. A special shout out to Luis and the team here for making our lives easier by always having fantastic solutions for us when we need them.
