Ke Nail & Spa

I love this place!!! I have had manicures, French tips and pedicures and was happy with every service. This place is quiet, serene and very clean. Every nail salon person was very friendly and looked to please the customer. But most of all Ke the owner makes the place!!! Ke does a phenomenal job doing French tips and designs. She is warm and welcoming and her staff is as well. A very friendly atmosphere and great service. I highly recommend!

good prices, great nails, very polite staff, I’ve been coming for a while and will definitely continue to be back. the detail they do is crazy good, more people should check this place out. (went back and they did amazing job again, Ke and her crew do nails better every time, best place to go to for nails in waterford. I added below more pictures of my most recent set)

This is our second trip here and we are VERY satisfied customers. The staff are extremely nice, the massages are the best. We've tried out quite a few nail salons in New London county and this will be our spot from now on. We can't wait to go back!

I was very disappointed in my nails when I had it done last week I go for powder and normally this girl does them however, she wasn’t there. The guy who did it rushed right through it. My fingers looked a mess and at the end and was like do you like what am I gonna say no but I didn’t like it. It looks terrible I have Powder all in my cuticles caked in there they’re chipping it’s bad. Extremely disappointing Update : Ke reached out to me to fix my nails and apologized . That was great to have her reach out to me . I returned and had Crystal do my nails and did an amazing job ! Better experience and great customer service . I updated my first review

Love love love their work! Kea and Ben do the BEST gel nails! Medicines are fabulous, and massages are amaaaaazing! I always leave feeling like a new woman!! Not the fanciest place in town but they do an excellent job!!!
