DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. I have been going here for a few years and recently the service has gotten so shitty. The last 2 times I have been they have messed up on my nails. The first time was a new full set with purple polish simple, my nails ended up different shapes and lengths. The polish wasn't even done on most of my nails. Went back and they said they would redo them but they only redid the polish so my nails were still different shapes and lengths. Second time I went back for a fill. I wanted Christmas theme. They did a design but the Christmas design was smeared. I just went to a new salon and got a new set ou on. It took the nail tech almost 30 mins just to get my nails off. They filed my nails so deep that they ruined my real nail and the fake nail was growing into m

Very unprofessional and unhygienic. After soaking off polish in acetone the female employee sucked the used acetone back into the squeeze bottle to be used again. When questioned she ignored me.

I made an appointment and waited for 30 mins, I felt rushed the entire time. The nails look botchy, uneven, and she did a horrible job with the nail polished. Very disappointing, thought I would try this nail salon since it’s closer to my house instead of the other one in town but I will not be going there anymore

Terrible. I went for a full set about a month ago and a man did it. Two weeks went by, it’s time for a fill, I go to a lady. Two days after that I have nails lifting. It was 4 nails to be exact. I do light work so I don’t use my hands much. I went back to get them fixed and I was told that I would have to come back bc the lady that did them was not there or I could pay another person to fix them. Well I ended up paying 20 for a new person, “fixed” nails, and a different color gel polish. Wellllllllll one of the nails that was “fixed” lifted the NEXT DAY. I go back the day after the actual nail broke… now neither one of the ladies are there. A lady asks me what I needed so I tell her and I don’t want to have to pay again. She goes silent for maybe 5 minutes while I am just standing there.

This will probably be my last time coming to star nails Tina and Helen are the only ones that can do pedis in my opinion I’m so unhappy with my pedi I got today then they have the nerve to question why you don’t want gel… I don’t want gel because you can barely do pedicures and you want me to pay $10 for gel when it’s going to be hideous anyway! This was today 10/11/24 I told her I wanted thin tips.. I guess this is thin… $101 2 pedis and eyebrows
