KC Nails & Spa

I was not at all pleased with my nails. I was not going to leave a review because I didn’t want to be mean but just after 2 weeks my nail has completely come off on a NEW set and they are not long and my other nails are lifting and getting caught on my hair. When I went in, the guy could not get the shape correctly and due to that kept making them shorter. He had to ask someone else to take over as I still was unhappy. I wanted square medium length nails and a white French tip, simple, popular design. I ended up paying $80 for nails I didn’t like. I went to my car and started crying because i was so upset. I’m sorry but I don’t recommend and I won’t be going again.

Got my nails done last Saturday and the polish started peeling two days later. Also the lady who helped me did not know what she was doing. I wanted the holographic mirror powder and I kept pointed to the nail design and she kept saying "yes, chrome." no not chrome. I tried to explain and I still got chrome. Paid $45 for a nail design I did not want and they started to fall apart after a couple days. Worst service!

Not bad at all. This was my first time. Andy and Hannah were very polite.

Best work and customer service! Every nail tech is awesome! Mary and Henry are so nice, friendly, and talented. I never walk out unhappy. The only complaint I have is I wish they had more of a color selection of Gel polish but other than that KC nails is a 10 out of 10!
