I'm a licensed Cosmetologist so this is exciting!! Upon entering I was not greeted although there was a young lady at the counter with no customers. Y'all know how I feel about bad customer service 😔. Anyway, this is the cleanest beauty supply I've ever been to. Everything is organized and it's bright so you can see every nook and crany. They have real hair, faux hair every color shape, size and length. They have all hot tools, wig section, try on section, products for all textures brands for all the liking 😍. y'all they even have a full nail section!! Full Lash section !!! A woman from here maybe a month or two ago came to my school and dropped off applications for us students to apply for and on the application it said “if we asked you to jump, what would be your response? ... There’s primarily late teen-ish, mid 20 year old black women that work here… On 12/4/25: The experience was racist, prejudice, and unwelcoming to me, a black female customer. My photo was taken while looking at the sunglasses by a male Asian employee. I was followed around the store by both Asian male employees and the African female employee with bad acne scars all over her face. She walked down the aisle in front of the register acting as if she was on the phone just making me uncomfortable. I stopped here to find a product I'd heard about but didn't know much about. I got help and recommendations finding the specific product and appreciate how kind the staff was. The store was well-lit, well-organized, and conveniently located.

I cannot say enough positive things about this location and their staff. I’ve been coming here for about two years. As I mom of two young girls I’m here almost weekly and the ladies who work here know there stuff. Big shout out to Lizzie and Ari who always answer any questions, and their recommendations never disappoint. The have a great variety of products and supplies for whatever your needs may be. My daughter’s scalp was extremely irritated after getting feed-in braids at a salon. I called the store and spoke with Lizzie who immediately jumped into action with recommendations on what to do.
