UPDATE: I got a text from Kay following up my review offering to make up for the service so I'm gonna add one more star for now due to customer service and will follow up after I go back. Prices are fair, I got a full set and a pedicure. The fullest was immensely disappointing. I got almond shaped and they are not similar or almond shaped at all, one of my pointer finger nails got glued on way to the side so it bent down like a talon, not a nail, and surprise surprise it broke off less than a week later. I got chased in the parking lot for $3 she forgot to charge me. I try and be very kind and not problematic bc I'm sure they deal with horrific customers frequently but I was kinda surprised how badly it went. My experience was amazing!! I’ll definitely be going back!! I highly recommend them!! I had a male tech i believe his name was Henry or Henny but he was amazing!! 🤩 i found my new nail tech! He listens to you and does exactly what you want! Great quality! This is the best place.. everyone is nice and polite!

never disappointed leaving Kay’s! Prices are reasonable and staff are super friendly. I never feel pressured to choose a pricier service either, best nail salon around town!

I have been going to Kays for the last 10 months as a loyal customer and unfortunately with the last two experiences i've had there, I will not be returning as a loyal customer. the first unfortunate experience was due to scheduling an appt prior and not being properly staffed/ coordinated to work on my nails. My nails had been covered in acetone for about 50 minutes, and my nails were burning as I was waiting patiently. Until I voiced that my nails were burning, I was then worked on. I was given a discount for this experience that I am very thankful for. The second unfortunate experience was due to having dip on my nails and the first step of drilling the first layer off (which I am very used to!) Very nice salon! I didn’t have to wait for service and had a luxurious (“pearl”) pedicure. Henry understood exactly what I wanted on my hands, which is rare, so I was really happy with my experience. They also have a book online feature on their website, so now that I know some of the technicians, I can book my appointments online. Looking forward to my next visit!
