Had a great experience getting a manicure + gel polish ($40) today! I booked last minute, online. Checked in on the tablet when I got there, chose a gel polish color from the many selections in the books up front, was guided to my seat and I relaxed. The nail tech was so nice & friendly. We didn’t speak much but that was fine - I like to zone out. He did lots of cuticle work, which I what I needed after months of neglecting my nails. It ended with a very lovely hand massage. I will be back! ***Update: went back two weeks later and again, had another great visit! Even better than my last one. My nails look *perfect* - they look like fake nails! But it’s just gel polish on natural nails. Henry paints to PERFECTION.

TLDR: Paid over $300 for nails that looked nothing like my reference the first time, got them “fixed” for free, and those are the ones breaking off now — no refund offered, rude to my 80-year-old great-grandma, even after I tipped $50 per tech. They did offer to “fix” them for free, but now those so-called fixed nails are the ones breaking off within a week; press-ons would have lasted longer. The cutest nails ever! This is my first time coming and they fit me in before they closed. Very nice staff and they killed it! The acrylic nails with gel took about an hour, which is very standard but faster than other places I've been to. And I used a picture similar to what they had done with the flame but with pink and almond shaped and it's exactly what I wanted. The music and aura within the salon is also very calming and relaxing. I will definitely be coming back!

I got the basic pedicure with regular polish. Jennifer did a great job. Very gentle on the cuticle and nail trimming and made sure I wasn't hurting at all. I have very tiny toe nails on my smaller toes so I was very impressed. Great massage as well. It was only $40 which is great for prices around the south suburbs. I've had their $55 pedicure as well for a longer, more pampering experience like an extra leg mask etc. I highly recommend you call ahead for an appointment but they work hard to fit in walk-ins when they can. I pay cash here to help with processing fees (as I do whenever I can at small businesses) but they do take card.

I had the same girl do my nails for for 25 yrs and she retired!! I went to every nail salon in Apple Valley and found, by far, the best quality at Kaylees Nails! Been going here for a little over a year now and I am so happy with the quality of their services! Henry does my nails beautifully EVERY time! I've had a few others also when Henry was not available and they also did good work! You will be pleased if you try this salon! Glad I found them! Love, love, love my red nails with silver tips!!!
