I love this shop and the ladies that run it! They have a wide selection and reasonably priced as well! This has become my home store!

Heard a "hello" when I entered but didn't see anyone... Did not ask if she could help me find anything... after walking around the store and back-and-forth, had a question found worker sitting behind the counter on her phone...no interest in service

Um. Hard to say. Don't want to say anything negative but I usually don't buy hair here because they don't carry the brands. Some of the items on the shelf are old and you can tell by the smell and appearance. Some people have said that they don't get treated right in the store but I have never had that experience. They are always pretty nice and helpful. I would say that if you want hair accessories, cute makeup ideas, maybe some earrings, and head wraps then yes this is a good place to go. But for actual hair and hair products? Not really.

They never open on time always rude. I have never had any great vibes walking in this store and today was my last time in it. They are lazy and don’t care about your business . Shop where you are appreciated .

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I asked to see the different color options for 3 wigs and the owner and her employee acted like I asked them to build the Pyramids (blatant eye-rolling and sighing). I heard the owner berating him for bringing out the color options for the first two wigs, but he told me to try the wig on first before asking for color options. Didn’t know customers could even try them on (no signage or anything and COVID is still around). Okay, no worries. I try on some of the models on my own and when I find one that is super cute, I guess I made the mistake of telling the owner that 1. I tried this one on and liked it and 2. wanted to see the color options for it. She proceeds to tell me that they can’t spend their time pulling out every color for me and that I
