Kayla's Nail Care

Just ok. Been here a few times due to convenience since I'm new to the area. I don't normally get my nails done so prices seem high for the quality I'm getting. During the times I've visited this place prices and add ons seem to vary each time. Occasionally a nail will look crooked. I got my eyebrows waxed here once and while eyebrows grow back, I regretted it. Unfortunately it took a few visits to learn, but I won't be coming back. The convenience is not worth it.

Tricia has done my tips twice now and has been wonderful. She is very detail oriented and very kind. I enjoy chatting with her while she does my nails. Both times I have gone in with a picture of what I wanted and she has nailed it both times. I will be sad when I have to leave here in a few weeks and go back home! The only thing I miss with getting my manicure here is a little hand massage at the end when my nails are done but it’s not a deal breaker for me. I highly recommend Tricia for sure to anyone wanting nails that last and look great!!

Long time customer of Kayla's Nail Care, over 10 years! Katie is super friendly, very easy to chat with and is the queen of detail. My feet, especially my big toes love her as she takes such great care of the extra skin / cuticle that grows around the sides. Yenny is my favorite for a gel manicure. The amazing work she does lasts over 3 weeks without chipping or peeling. I've NEVER had gel manicure do that! My hands are often dry because I cook a lot and often times do dishes without gloves so the nails and my hands take a beating. After Yenny's treatment, my hands are soft and moisturized. In addition, my forearms and shoulders are relaxed from her massage.

Pros: fairly clean facility with multiple attendants, walk ins ok, decent service. Cons: poor customer service , after getting a pedicure was waiting for nail polish to dry, had already zelle’d payment, a lady appeared from inside, approached me demandingly and asked me to show the payment receipt. She and my attendant stood very close to me, staring into my phone as the app was loading. I wasn’t even showing signs of leaving, so this felt so unwarranted. Verifying that payment was made could have been done in a much respectful manner.

I have been coming here for years with my mom and she still comes for pedicures every month. The pedicure is so nice it includes the hot wax, the warm stones, massage. It’s a very relaxing environment and the women there are very kind and friendly. It helps to book an appointment before if it’s a busy time.
