I Recently went in to get blonde highlights and came out with brown and orange hair and still charged me full price . I will never go back to this place , the first picture was what I asked for and the last 2 was my final result .

Yesvthe seem like they make their own damn prices the ad states $12 then when you get ready to pay its $18. Wth.

⭐️I love taking my nephews here because their prices are reasonable! This keeps me coming back⭐️ However, I would not get my hair cut here again. I asked for layers by an older lady and she did not cut my hair correctly. She chopped off several inches and my hair looks really short in the front but long in the back! Two different lengths 😭

Just left this Kayla's. Where I normally HAVE gone. I know I went in with not a lot of time before they close. But IF your doors are open. And it's not 7:00pm. You should honor your advertised hour.

They’re very friendly but unfortunately aren’t good at cutting hair. I took my son and the woman did great until she got to the top portion of his hair, she cut it choppy and his bangs were at an angle. I asked her to even it out and she cut it way to short, they charged me 18 dollars for this haircut. I added pictures of the before and after.
