She’s very friendly and a great listener, coming up with an individual plan of treatment specific for your needs. She’s been helping me with my post op recovery after a very invasive neck surgery. What I also really like is that she offers both in person and virtual sessions so she’s accessible to everyone. She can teach you self massage techniques to manage your ailments in the comfort of your home.
