I’ve been going to this place since I was a teenager and I’m not sure what happened, but the demeanor that the woman who works in there with the very short hair is so gross. She doesn’t even try to hide the looks that she gives you. Not sure why you would be shooting your customers dirty looks. Also, if you don’t want to be at work, try to hide it from your paying customers. I asked her to wash her hands after seeing her touch money and then she proceeds to tell me with an attitude that there’s no more hand sanitizer, and she did not need to wash her hands because her hands weren’t dirty and she didn’t touch anything. This isn’t the first time that I went in there and had to deal with this attitude from this lady. They’re open and close whenever they please but advertise hours of full-time

I have been a customer for 1 year to this place. Every time I tolerated their behaviour but not anymore. I have went to this parlor 6.25pm lady said I came late and she is about to close in rude tone; I asked you guys close at 7 every day then she told me that she closes early at 6.30 during winter time; which I never was intimated about until today. She did my eyebrows and had rude behavior through out. The technicians work at this parlor are always have rude behavior towards customers or (some customers) I have noticed these technicians being nice to certain customers and rude to others. Though I am satisfied with the eyebrow threading customer service and patience is lacking at this place. One other thing to add is that right before I leave there was another customer at 6.40pm. This review is ONLY for the girl VIVIAN who does lashes there, please do not do your lashes with her, in less than a month I have needed to get 2 fill ins, like huh????? Lashes that are done correctly should last up to 3 weeks without a fill in, how am I needing to do my lashes for the 3rd time in one month, her work unfortunately does not last beyond a week. I texted her about looking into getting a better adhesive (glue) for the lashes because I was just with her 6 days ago getting a “fill in”, she told me to come in she wanted to check, cool I go and guess what she’s like ok so it’s gunna $50 for the 1 week fill in, wait what!!!???? I had a very bad experience in this salon with a women who have a short hair, she is very rude, she dont know how to deal with customer, she continously keep talking on phone while doing eye brow which is very unproffessional!!! She ruined my eyebdow!!!

My eyebrows always look phenomenal when Bobbi does them.I never realized how much your eyebrows can change your look until started Bobbi started threading them. What a difference! Best of all when Bobbi threads it doesn't hurt at all.
