I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I felt I needed to share my experience because it was such a disappointment after how good my first visit was. This was my second time coming here. The first time, a gentleman did my nails and he was extremely professional — he took his time, my nails came out perfect, and I left thinking I had finally found a great salon nearby. My daughter also had her nails done that same day by another man, and her pedicure was flawless — her feet looked beautiful. Since we’re a military family stationed in the area, I was really happy to find a place close to home that we could go to regularly. Unfortunately, this second visit completely changed my mind. If you’re looking for quite clean and professional salon look no further…. I have been coming here for a little over a year. From day one I have always felt welcomed, they are very professional and the shop is clean. I come in often times with pictures and ideas, Kay always delivers!! She is great at what she does and when you have a concern she makes sure to address it as she wants everyone to leave happy. Deff a 10/10 experience my nails last at minimum 3 weeks no lifting.

I am SO happy I came across this gem today! This salon is so gorgeous, clean and pretty inside. Bonus points because it smelled SO nice in there. There is incense burning and the doors open so the smell of the products aren’t too strong. Very airy and the energy is immaculate. It’s much nicer than majority of the salons in the area. I ended up coming here after a horrible experience at The One Nails & Spa and I couldn’t be happier! Lena did my nails and it was a 10/10 experience. Every single one of the nail technicians looked very friendly as well. I already scheduled my next appointment. Thank you, Kay Nails! 💕

I honestly wouldn’t like coming here because they always do my nails the way I like it it’s always either they do my nails exactly like the picture I’ve shown them or very close to And I appreciate that very much because not a lot of people can do that.
