Kay Nails

I had a pedicure and a gel fill and right when I got home I noticed that the cuticle on 3 of my fingers were burned, 2 days later my thumb polish on both hands had peeled off and now I have more nails where the polish peeled off. When I went back I demanded a refund and they refused. Instead they wanted to do them over. If someone burned your cuticles would you want them to touch your hands? I again demanded my refund and again they refused to give it to me. I've already told them I'm taking them to court. And to think I TIPPED THEM ALSO! I guarantee they'll be paying me more than a refund in court.

Absolute trash. The lady that did my nails cut one of my fingers and proceeded to use nail glue to “fix” it. My nails look like they were done by a toddler. Asked her to correct them while I was still sitting there and she acted like she was. They were never fixed and I was charged full price. Avoid this dump at all costs.

what i got vs the photo (i asked him to make some changes) and i got exactly what i wanted!! the man was super quick, efficient, easy to talk to and i never felt anxious when asking for changes, offered a beverage, made sure i was comfortable, and let my friend sit next to me. the only thing i could criticize on maybe is that i got nail glue on my hands/tips on fingers a bit. but hey, for the price and outcome, I AM NOT UNHAPPY!! he was still very professional and kind. love my nails!! (:

I initially thought they were great, my experience there was quick and relaxing. One of the ladies did my toes while another one did my fingernails. I got the dip powder which I always get, and it usually lasts 2-3 weeks depending on what I have going on. I have been home from work, haven’t done anything, and my nails are coming off and chipping the day after I got them done. These are my nails 4 days after getting them done….i am so disappointed. I just moved here and thought I’d try the salon with the highest reviews, but apparently I didn’t choose the right one.

Great experience! Mani/Pedi with my daughter. Loved the pedicure especially! They were very attentive & thorough!
