an amazing experience here! I had an appointment at another place where I ended up waiting an hour before leaving. I found this place last minute, booked an appointment online and Kay called me to confirm immediately. This place is cute & clean. The nail color selection is great and I got a full set with gel for a reasonable price. Tania made my nails look perfect. I’m visiting from out of town, but will seriously make it a point to return to Kay’s during my next visit. Her and her staff are so kind! 🩷

You do not want to go to this place. I was incredibly unhappy with my service. The whole experience was simply off putting. I have gotten many manicure/pedicures in the past so I would say I know the typical routine and this process was definitely not normal I would say. Immediately when I walked in they seemed kind of annoyed that I was there. I want to say that this is only talking about the nail techs. The woman working the desk was very nice and friendly. They had me wash my hands which made sense, but the first thing i noticed off the bat was that the foot sink did not have a plastic covering which most nail salons usually do. I went to this studio last week for a full leg and bikini wax. The total came to $135 + $20 tip, which I don’t mind paying when the service is done well. The lady who did my wax was very nice and polite, but unfortunately, she clearly didn’t know how to wax properly. The wax wasn’t hot enough, so she struggled to spread it evenly. She kept switching between my bikini area and my legs, which felt unorganized and uncomfortable. Even though I noticed things weren’t going great, I still tipped her because she was kind. Once I got home and the redness went away, I realized there was still hair left all over my legs and bikini area. I reached out to the studio, but no one responded. I suffered do you don’t have to!!! Staff with their head in the clouds — taking personal calls on speaker phone, not knowing what they are charging you or why, lack of professionalism when it comes to being discreet about intimate services. During a service I was PHYSICALLY SHIVERING, the room was so cold, given a PEE PAD to cover myself with, cold water was used on me and i wasn’t checked on once. Machine was dirty and salon was cold / unkempt. Maybe one of the worst salon experiences — which made the service horrible and completely unenjoyable. Not worth saving a few bucks.

I love this place. Although the clarity of the different acrylics wasn't made clear to me before the work was done, Elvira did a GORGEOUS JOB. When I tell you I felt PAMPERED... she was gentle, professional and definately amazing in her craft. I'm not a pink person, but these came out SO BEAUTIFUL that I'm obsessed. Just the care and focus she had while working on my nails made me feel like I'll be taken care of. I've been looking for a nail salon since I've moved here (nearly 2 years now) and this place is my official one. Thanks Elvira & Thea !! I'm coming back for my fill!
