Katy Nails

I am very disappointed with my experience at Katy Nails. I went to get my nails done for my birthday and I asked for Mike and he did not do my nails. I showed the picture and they did not turn out like the picture at all, the staff was very disrespectful. I asked him to put a new set and he did not want to put a new set. He cut me multiple times during the work. I corrected him many times but still my nails turned out bad and he did not use the correct glitter I asked for. My nail charm came off the same day I got my nails done. I never hated my nails soo much and for the price I paid they were not worth it. The guy had an attitude and was very rude to my friend as well. It was very unsanitary. The last picture is what they were supposed to look like… he wouldn’t even take my nails off and

I went here to get my nails done was just gonna get a manicure but then decided to get a full set boy am I happy with the service that Mike provided. Will be back for sure love the color selection and also it was not that busy I was able to be seen as soon as I walked in so happy this place is close to my home will be my nail spot from now on

New to the area I wassss going to Deluxe but I was spending $140 for for nails and pedicures. I was around the corner and I happened to just pop in and asked for the price. I got a simple fill. But the details to my nails and cuticles! I’m looking at him like maybe I need to start going early in the mornings. But I believe this is just the high level of quality that this nail shop has. I 100% have found a new place. I don’t care if I move to Houston. I highly recommend them! Mr. Mike’s did my nails. Everyone was lovely and kind.

I love this spot! Amy and Mike take care of their customers and they are also very nice people. I recommend their salon 100%! I felt comfortable and relaxed at Katy Nails.
