I got Restylane fillers done by Dr. Thampoe, she overly filled my underwear eye giving me under eye bags. Now I want to get them dissolved, I went to a dermatologist and they want the lot number of the injection. I called and asked for it, the lady at the desk said she will talk to the Docter and get back to me, it been a week now, no communication!!!!!!! I have been trying to call the clinic but they do not pick up my phone!!!!!!

I had a booked an appointment online for 9:30am. I received a call the afternoon prior reschedule . I rescheduled to 8am. Showed up. No one was on site. Doors locked. Business not open. Waited 10 mins. Still no signs of opening. No call from anyone. I already paid a $20 deposit for this appointment and yet I get a no show from staff. They should refund my deposit and compensate an additional $20 for my time. What a waste.

I had a wonderful experience. Tiasha did my facial and she was very gentle. My skin never looked better.

I had an amazing experience with Stephanie. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to understand my skin’s needs. The treatments were relaxing and effective, and my skin has never felt better. Highly recommend!
