Katy has such deep of knowledge of physiology coupled with a finely tuned intuition. She will meet you where you are with compassion and expertise. Her Thai Massages make me feel taller, freer and more connected to myself. I would highly recommend her to anyone with a body.

I went to Katy first because I was intrigued. I am very familiar with massage and have good people in my life for that. Katy's body work is not traditional massage rather a communication between her hands/body and mine. She is calm and responsive yet I am moved all over the mat. I am consistently transported by the way my body is in control and my mind takes a break. I walk out of my time with her feeling calm, grounded, open, stretched.

Katy provides wholistic massage, she is tuned in to your whole person when she works with you. Her approach is careful yet she stretches you beyond where you might have thought you could go, with compassion and support. I have learned so much from her by asking questions and tuning into her techniques. I am grateful that she provides such an integrated approach to massage.
