Katrina is Magnificent! I have had sciatic pain that took 3 months to heal previously. This go around I asked for Katrina’s help. After 2 sessions I was 100% better. After two months of x-rays, expensive physical therapy, and daily exercises, I came to Katrina as a last resort. The pain in my lower back and hips was truly making me depressed. I am an active woman of 65 and was thinking that my daily walks, weekly hikes and my gardening season would need to come to an end. I didn't understand why I was not improving and why the pain continued. When I texted Katrina with a summary of my situation, she responded: "Yes I can help. Let's eliminate the pain."
