Quality of her work and understanding of what you are wanting done to your hair is above and beyond fantastic. I have been a customer for 6 yrs now and I do not have one single complaint. I have been extremely happy with each and every appointment, one time I explained the haircut I had in mind, and Katie asked if she could recommend a similar cut with longer layers that would be more flattering to the shape of my face, and I'm so glad I took her advice my hair turned out better than I expected.
