I was really indecisive on posting but I am very unhappy with my nails. I’ve never had a set this bad before. I gave two stars because I also got a pedi but the woman did a very good job on my toes and I cannot complain. My issues started when I got my dip mani done. The guy asked me if I wanted round of square. I asked him if it was possible to get almond, he said yes but as you can tell I got more rounded nails than almond. At first they were pointy and I asked him to smooth out (i always get almond as my nail shape and I’m very positive this isn’t it). He got the length right, which I was happy about. I paid $86 for this hack job and these photos are surprisingly the after photos. I got gel on my fingers and toes and attention to detail is not their strong point. My cuticles look terrible. I honestly think my nails looked better before I walked in.

My mother and I visited Kathy’s Nail Salon for her birthday, and we were so pleasantly surprised by how clean, beautiful, and cozy the shop is! Kathy has created such a relaxing atmosphere, and we couldn’t be more pleased with our mani-pedis. The team is incredibly gentle on the feet, and the lower leg massage was absolutely amazing—so much so that we both slept like babies that night! Now, a week later, my gel French manicure still looks flawless—no chips, no peeling, just perfect! The quality of their work truly speaks for itself. If you're looking for a top-notch nail salon with skilled and caring professionals, this is the place to go. We will definitely be back!

This was my first time using this salon and I’m not impressed. I came in for a fill in and pedicure with a color change. I had the exact design on my nails that I asked to be recreated and Kathy said “that was no problem, it was a very easy design”. The pedicure went alright even though my gel was a little messy and the whole nail wasn’t painted, it wasn’t too noticeable and I don’t plan on wearing anything open toed soon anyways. My fill in which was for acrylic overlay over my real nail however was entirely subpar. I requested they only be shortened a little bit and the square shape kept but they were very overly filed down and rounded. I’ve been a client for months. They are so professional and kind. They care about your nails and making you happy. They both are amazing in their field! I always love my nails!
