Kathy is amazing at what she does. Her consult, knowledge and empathy to her customer is likely unmatched in the hair industry. I brought my mom in for a wig consult and purchase due to medical hair loss. The transformation was astounding. I cannot emphasize how caring Kathy is for people going through this process. And, she led us to an amazing end-result!

Just a consult but the clip-ins and extensions were outrageously expensive and I didn't get help. Kathy was very nice but I was disappointed.
