Have been going this and the former location since the early 70's....The Warren's Kathleen and Horace were in the old location next door where Walgreens now stands.Horace cut my hair for several years and even used me as a model for a styling competition...his wife Kathleen actually gave me a styling once when Horace was booked solid.Phillip (their son )took over his Dad's spot after his Dad sadly passed away and I began letting Phillip a friend and former classmate at Tavares High school cut my hair ever since (over 40 years).The newer /present location is clean and well maintained,carries quality products,and has plenty of parking. I've seen from other reviews there are many other talented stylists and hairdressers to choose from.So I highly recommend this salon.

Absolutely wonderful place with very talented people. Phillip was amazing. He cut and permed my short hair and it turned out fantastic! I won't go anywhere else.

Kathleen & Phillip's Hair Salon is a full-service salon in Leesburg, FL, offering a range of hair services for men and women. The salon provides professional haircuts, coloring, styling, and treatments in a welcoming and comfortable environment. My wife and I both got in together and were seated in turn. Bobbie is a hair genius!! I have never been happier with a cut/color. She knows her stuff and I knew I could trust her to help me make the perfect decisions! I’ve been here once before and it’s my forever go to place! Everyone there, so nice. Great service, conversation and laughs too! This hair salon is well worth making an appointment with one of their stylists, and keeping it when you do. Their location is great, along with parking space; they are located 5 minutes from the Leesburg mall, a wide range and variety of restaurants to choose from and are next door to a Walgreens. When you walk in the door, you immediately relax, as the atmosphere permeates joy, peace, laughter, and fun! All the while remaining very professional; working with each client to obtain their perfect unique style. It is always clean, and orderly each time I walk in. And, they can accommodate special needs, within their professional standards and limitations.
