GIRLLLL ! When I say I found a new nail spot, JoJo took the inspiration pic and did this beautiful variation with rounded square edges and mood changing color (5$ extra hands or feet) it’s so responsive my kids love it! Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, always made sure to be clear on pricing and exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back💗

I’ve been going to Kaitlyns Nail Salon for about a year now. I always get a gel manicure and some kind of design. Pro: You can purchase your own files (infection control). I like that they require everyone to wear a mask. Friendly and helpful staff. Love Steven! Always able to do the design I bring in or ask for :). It’s also the little things like spa music and decor that also make the experience more pleasant. Cons: $$$$ Pricing. I will continue to go back because of the above mentioned but feel the pricing is way more than what others charge.

Went there for a pedicure on Saturday and while the pedicure experience itself was pleasant, and mostly I recieved a good service- except for the fact that the technician cut down the side of my nail and ripped the nail out of my nail bed. Was very uncomfortable and now the side of my toe is all infected, red, and swollen. I have never had a toe get infected from receiving a pedicure before- am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the experience!

This is the place to get your nails done. It's the best around. I have never been disappointed. The environment is beautiful! You can tell they took time, spent money- to add a lot of extra touches to give you that "experience" us girls want to feel when treat ourselves to getting our nails done. Steve (the owner) is my favorite one to see. My nails come out PERFECT when he does them. Last visit, I brought my 7 yr old daughter to our nails done- when she was done, he changed the TV to whatever SHE wanted to watch! Even scrolled through Netflix for her! He put on "Sing 2" for her while he finished my nails. I was do touched by that. The extra mile. I've never experienced that in other places. You'll pay a little more, but to me it's worth it. This place is HORRIBLE. did not do the shape I wanted. Nails came out lumpy. I would never recommend this place to anyone
