Kate Ahmann Massage Therapy

Kate is incredible!!! She helped me recover from a shoulder injury for which I needed massage to improve my mobility. Without Kate's knowledge of the body and ability to engage with the state my body was in, I'm not sure I would have fully recovered. I'll be forever grateful!! She's also wonderful at relaxation massages, too!

I have seen Kate for massage numerous times for various pain issues and I highly recommend her. She is easily able to find all of the sore spots and works them very nicely until they loosen up. You can tell that she knows anatomy very well and how all the muscle and other soft tissue groups work together.

Kate is the best. She is very professional, her space is very clean and quiet. She is very accommodating to get you in when you need it and she knows exactly how to help fix my ever changing ailments.
