I am doing laser hair removal on my upper lip, chin, and upper neck. I usually only write a review to express how thankful I am when I find an awesome company. I try to take extra care of my skin and going into these treatments, I was very nervous and doubtful. HOWEVER, the staff there are SO NICE AND SO PROFESSIONAL. They KNOW exactly what they're talking about! I am treated so kindly at this spa. I am only on my 2nd treatment and the results are just amazing! I am slowly gaining back my confidence now since that thick facial hair is almost completely gone. (and that is just after that first treatment!) I can't wait for final finished look on my face after I'm completely done. Thank you so much Kasura Medspa! 10 /10 recommended!!

I had facial laser resurfacing two weeks ago. Elyse made me feel as comfortable as possible. She knew how nervous I was . It wasn’t nearly as bad as I had imagined. Healing from it also wasn’t bad. Plan to have a quiet couple of days at home if possible to lounge around and read. Although I did go back to work right after procedure so that is possible. I love my smooth toned skin. Would. Definitely recommend to anyone who’s thinking about it.

A friend of mine recommended a "Back Facial". Which if you don't know includes a light massage followed by all of the features of a regular facial except on your back. Very relaxing and soothing. Meliana performed the service and she has a nice, relaxed, soothing manner about her. Since I had not experienced a back facial she explained everything as she applied the treatment. I highly recommend Meliana and this treatment. I have already booked my next appointment.

The place is clean. I have to give them that, however, I wont recommend this place for laser hair removal treatments. SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY and go somewhere else. I did brazilian, underarms and face (upper lip) $$$$ , and a month after I finished the treatment my hair started to grow back in all 3 areas as if I never did laser. Emailed and called to speak with the owner for a consultation more than 4 times and I never heard back from her. The front desk lady sounded embarrassed every time I said “ no, she hasn't called me yet”.
