Update: After initially giving 3 stars for great braiding work I am updating to 5 stars. After reading some recent reviews I noticed Kassia handle criticism well and made improvements or upgrades to her shop!

I love love my hair so much!!! I forgot to ask for the name of the lady that did it but I remember her face. She didn’t take any breaks even after I offered her to. She spent about 9 hours on my head and it was worth every minute. My first time there and I am so grateful. I love love my hair. If I go back, it’ll def have to be her to do my hair.

I've been here twice. They don't accept appointments and walk in's only so be prepared to wait all day if you're not first. They have different hairstylist that come in at different times of the day so you may get stuck with someone who works fast or super slow and take frequent breaks on your head. If they had a better system I would see this being a 5 star place but sometimes even if you're early you might have to wait on someone that can do your preferred style which can be inconvienant. If you choose to come here don't have anything planned for the day and make sure you bring something to eat because again you might be stuck with someone that moves slow or fast.

I’ve been coming here for a few years and the service is always excellent! I’ve never been disappointed with my braids and I’m never waiting long! I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality hair braiding services!

Today I got extra small knotless braids and they are beautiful! I have been coming to Kassia for many years and every style I get, I love. Thank you ladies for servicing me through the years and always getting it right! 💕
