Review: Misleading, Unethical, and Deeply Disappointing Experience I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so others don’t go through the same. I traveled to New York from out of state specifically to get my hair done at this salon based on their great reviews. I requested a half black, half platinum style, and after viewing my hair in person, the stylist assured me it could absolutely be done. That gave me the confidence to proceed. What I ended up with was far from what I asked for. The bottom portion of my hair was gray, but the top was brassy, yellow, and brown—not platinum. The stylist never showed me my hair during the process, only after styling it, which made it harder to address the issue in real time. While the styling looked polish

Andres is a hair magician! I came in for a color and styling session, and the results were beyond what I imagined. He listened carefully to what I wanted, helped me choose the perfect shade, and the color came out vibrant and flawless. The styling was just as impressive—my hair looked so sleek and polished, I couldn’t stop taking selfies! Andres is not only incredibly skilled but also super personable, making the whole experience so comfortable and fun. Great place, for a great price! I was traveling from out of state and needed a last minute blowout for a show. I used to come here as a teen when I had family occasions or needed braided/ flatironed. so it was nice to see they still take walk-ins. I was a bit worried about how much heat was being used but my hair did not come out dry and when I washed it out it reverted back to it's normal curl pattern. I just voiced my concern to the stylist (Percia) and she adjusted accordingly which I really appreciated. My hair came out great with just the blow dry! Thank you for your service team!!
