I have been going to Karizma ever since my Penn Yan stylist retired. Laura cuts, colors, and styles my naturally curly hair, asking what I want at every step. She's exceptionally accommodating.

I went to go get wispy bangs, I showed her a picture of what I wanted. First she cut off my dead ends and I also asked for layers. My hair was in front of my face like the whole time. When she finally started on my bangs they looked horrible! They looked nothing like the photo she literally just cut like short curtain bangs! Nothing what I asked for. She said it was because my hair was wavy and she styled her in the picture? No that’s just in excuse for an awful haircut. What does my somewhat wavy hair have to do with my bangs? Overall 1 star. Never going again.

I’ve had some good experiences some bad. It’s too inconsistent with some of the new workers and the reason I give three stars is because they always fit me in

It was a good experience with Lynette, However, she never asked me if what she was cutting was too short (FYI it was) all stylists I have experienced ask how short before they cut. She also didn't check if my hair was even, one side was cut slightly shorter than the other. The environment was friendly and clean just was a little disappointed with the service/how my hair turned out.

Absolutely THE VERY WORST hair cut I’ve ever had. If I could give a negative number for the grade I would. My earring was torn out, the haircut was uneven from side to side and the stylist was not personable at all. She did not carry on a conversation and was RUDE!!!!
