10/10 would recommend! Karen was able to recreate a nail look I saw on Instagram using only dip (no gel!). She shapes and takes care of my nails beautifully every time and is always very accommodating. Thank you, Karen!

Karen is amazing! I called her after getting service and a final product from another local salon which was not as expected and not very professional. Karen didn’t hesitate to tell me to come in for her to take a look at them. Not only did Karen turn the nails into a beautiful final product that I originally anticipated but she also explained what needed to be fixed and how she was fixing it as she did it! She was very professional and such a pleasant person to receive service from and I will be back!

I have been going to Karen Nails & Spa for 3 years and I love it. Karen and Lee are two awesome women, their hospitality is throw the roof. I got my husband...yes my husband into going to Karen's and he got his friend and his friend's daughter to go too. Karen and Lee are like family and we love them.

Karen is the best! I had booked an appointment through the ClassPass app and it automatically booked me for a next day appointment, however when I arrived she told me tried to contact me because she was fully booked and there was no way to get in touch with someone on class pass’s end (a total glitch in their system.) I totally understood the situation and she got me in later that week. I’m so happy I found a new nail place near my work. She put so much care into my nails and I can tell she definitely loves what she does and is a highly skilled nail tech. I love my dip manicure and will be back for another appointment soon! She was so personable and friendly and had me laughing throughout the entire appointment! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a nail salon!
