Karen has a beautiful, safe and inviting space, energy and presence. I had an extremely deep reaction to the work she did. I have had a fair amount of abdominal work over the years, but I've never experienced the nurturing, loving, mothering energy that I felt through Karen's hands. I was pleasantly surprised that cupping along my C-sections and other abdominal scar wasn't painful. I felt rather undone after the session and the unraveling continued through the night and into the next day. I haven't had a really good cry in a long time and so it was refreshing to release through some tears. I felt a physical opening and lightness in my abdomen and torso. Karen was so welcoming and professional, and made sure to show me how to do self massages to manage my back pain at home. She was intentional, thorough, even gave me extra time past our appointment to make sure we hit all the goals she had for our appointment. I will definitely be returning to her and recommend her practice to any expecting mamas!

Karen was absolutely amazing. I got my girlfriend a prenatal massage as she was about 38 weeks pregnant but was unsure if we would be able to fit into Karen’s schedule due to her being pretty booked up. After explaining to Karen the pain and discomfort my girlfriend was going through, Karen went out of her way to clear up a day of her personal life schedule and made so we could get my girlfriend in before she gives birth, explaining how important she believed it was to get my girlfriend in before she gives birth. My girlfriend was more than satisfied with the results afterwards and we will definitely be going back so she can receive a postpartum massage. Thank you so much Karen!!! 10/10

The environment where you get the massage is peaceful, comforting, and inviting. Karen is a lovely person and a great massage. I left feeling cared for, more open and with a better understanding of where energy works in my body. Karen was incredibly welcoming and informative the whole time I was there. She made me feel comfortable and extremely relaxed for being 38 weeks pregnant. She even showed me a few stretches to do at home for sciatic pain. She also sent me home with some body butter to use on my belly with the prenatal massages she taught me. 10/10 recommending to anyone needing a prenatal massage! Can’t wait to go back for a postpartum massage!
