I really hate to do this. 10/10 customer service, making a appt was easy and prompt. Everyone was friendly. Purple shirt is before, black is the after. Black hair is inspo. I told her I wanted a mullet type cut, and frankly it’s literally the exact same style but shorter. I asked for my bangs short, she barely trimmed them. She seemed extremely rushed (but was nice) and after the cut was done she told me if I didn’t like it I could come back within 7 days and they’d cut my hair for free, and that kinda screamed to me she knew she had not given me what I wanted. To her credit, she did check with me several times to make sure I liked it which I said yes, not realizing she was done with the cut. I went last Sunday and Layken was amazing!! So friendly and helpful and had similar hair to mine which I was so relieved because I haven’t found anyone ever that had my type of hair since I’m half Puerto Rican mix and I am absolutely going back to her again in July to get my hair colored and all done! 😊 I can’t recommend her enough, I trusted her judgement and trusted her with my hair. If you have mixed hair I definitely recommend her for sure! She brought some of my curls back to life 😍

Layken did an AMAZING job today! I found her on a PCB business FB page, messaged her to schedule an appointment and got perfect results!!! My hair looks amazing! The entire place was super friendly and I will definitely be going back!!!

Very good experience. Kara has done an amazing job on mine and my babies hair. Never had a bad experience and will continue taking me and my family here. We absolutely love it and no we will walk out with awesome hair cuts. Very kid friendly too ❤️
