Had a very positive experience. Staff was friendly & most accommodating- got an appointment -same day. My hair was in SAD shape, color wise--Jasmine helped to pick a color that was very close to the color I have had for years. I am pleased with the results. (one word of caution- location is room 208--not 91 as website indicated.)

Warning, ask for a color swatch before you get a color. I wanted ashy blonde highlights and they came out an ugly gray. The lady does not know how to cut layers. She took 2 inches off in some places when I asked for 3/4 inch. Instead of pulling hair up and angling inward, she uses thinning scissors. The good: she was really good about not burning my hair and her highlighting technique is good. Just make sure you know what colors she is using.

Salon quality, very inexpensive, friendly staff. Downside is they are practically always booked
