KAMIA NAILS LOUNGE

I am extremely disappointed with the way my friend was treated at Kamia Nails Lounge. Just a few days ago, the same nail tech did a specific nail style for my girlfriend with no problem. But when my African American friend requested that exact same style, even showing them a picture, the owners suddenly claimed they “don’t do nails like that” and denied her service. The way they spoke to her was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She was turned away in front of other customers and left feeling embarrassed for absolutely no valid reason. The inconsistency in how she was treated compared to my girlfriend is unacceptable and raises serious concerns. No customer deserves to be talked down to or refused service like that. Wow , they did such an amazing 😍🤩 job ! My daughter and I had our feet done and full set . Definitely coming back again they gained 2 new customers. Also it's a neat organized and cleaned place . I drove from Carlsbad NM . So worth it . I will be coming again. Thank you.

The girl was very nice and did my daughter's nails super cute, but the guy was very unprofessional and rude. He did my nails, and they looked nothing like I wanted.

My daughter got Gel-X extensions and she loved them!!! They matched the colors perfectly and they hand shaped them and they were perfect! They have a very very very clean environment and they had a comfy couch for me to sit on while my daughter got her nails done. The service was awesome and her nail tech was a man named Phau and he is hilarious!! Definitely suggest him if you can. He is super gentle and funny while doing your nails. It was pretty cheap compared to other places and was super quick she was in and out in 35 mins!!! 5 Stars!!! 🤩

I really like this place. Its relaxing and they get me in and out quickly, while doing a great job!
