The worst experience. 0 stars is more appropriate. I’m a woman. I came here to do a haircut/undercut style. Their barber, Jay (the only English speaking employee present + I met him one day and he mentioned doing many haircuts on females due to his “soft” approach) instead It was to aggressive with his razor usage, most especially on my neck! It’s now two weeks later and I’m still left with bruising and a large dark razor scratches on my neck below my hairline!. I asked for a refund within the first week due to these cuts and bruises (and my haircut was a fail too btw) and he blamed the bruising on me. Do not risk the trip to this barbershop.
