I have been going to Kate for a curly cut for several years and I'm always very happy with my haircut and the experience! She is the first hair stylist that made me feel comfortable being a hair minimalist. As someone with thick, curly hair, I had previously struggled to find anyone who had experience/skill cutting my type of hair and not making me feel bad that I don't regularly spend much time doing my hair. I rarely blow dry or use much product, because that's just my preference. I love seeing what I can do with my hair at each visit because Kate styles my hair curly after the cut. It has inspired me to get more creative when I want to put in the time. She's also always very willing to talk through ideas and share tips. In addition to Kate's talent, she is an absolute joy to be around.
