The Owner is super genuine, and takes pride in learning her customer’s likes and dislikes about their hair. Very friendly people and great service. My hair was still very short from my big chop, but they were still able to get it done and no braids fell out.

I absolutely love this place. Super accommodating and affordable. Not only did they fit me in same day last minute because my daughter hair stylist canceled last minute. They spent 5 hours giving her the braids and style she wanted and it turned out amazing! She is super picky about her hair and can always pick out something she doesn’t like. That was not the case this time. We both love it so much. All the ladies are super nice and did everything to make it work to give her the style she wanted! I’m beyond happy with them and there now is no other place I will be taking my daughter! They sure made a birthday girls day I am one happy mama and she is one happy kid. Thanks again ladies. I haven’t had my hair done in over 15 years. I finally decided I wanted to do braids again and found this place online. I live about 2 hours from them but decided to give it a shot. I have never been happier and for the first time in almost 15 years I’m happy with my hair. Happier than I can even put into worded. They are kind and answered all my anxiety riddled questions and were so quick and efficient with it that I will be giving them my business EVERY time now!

Communication in regards to appt was great. Even reached out to me for an earlier appointment that actually fit with my schedule. Shop is very well maintained and everyone seemed kind up until it came to executing the ends of my braids. I provided clear photos of how I wanted my hair and for some reason what I received didn’t look professional even after I asked for a redo. The side conversations to other people about what you can and can’t do when a client request a short style wasn’t necessary. You have a hair braiding business and the pictures were clear. After the second attempt I could sense the frustration and she didn’t even ask was it to my liking. She just walked off and started cleaning up. I personally didn’t have time to sit any longer . I had high hopes for this place but h
