Jenny was kind and attentive throughout the appointment. However, the final result wasn’t quite what I had hoped for, even after showing reference photos from her previous clients. I asked for long, natural layers but ended up with choppy and uneven cuts that didn’t resemble the look I was going for. At the end, she styled my hair with tight curls and applied gel, which made it feel stiff and weighed down. It could be due to my hair texture, but I had a much better experience with a previous salon. Hoping it grows out soon. T.T

edit: I’ve come back a couple times and Choi is definitely my favorite! She knows my hair the best and does a great job matching the styles I’m looking for. ask for Choi! greatest haircut of my life! Don’t be fooled by the lack of reviews or photos, this salon is amazing. Stumbled in by chance and the ladies there were so sweet and knew exactly what type of haircut I wanted. The cut itself was super fast, very affordable, and looked SO GOOD! Gave me the most perfect layers and face framing pieces (peek the photos), I highly recommend and will be returning 🤗
