Kai's Nail Salon & Spa

I come here every two weeks to get my nails filled - I have acrylics and bounce back and forth between long and short but usually do a skinny coffin. They always come out great, the service is usually fast (but doesn’t sacrifice quality) and prices are reasonable. I typically go to the owner Aly, but in a pinch I will see others. Lots of polish colors to choose from! I also get gel pedicures here and they are totally relaxing with a few different package levels to choose from.

I have been here many times since they opened years ago and never had an issue personally until recently. I had the most awful pedicure I ever had by a girl who seemed like she was not qualified to do nail care. She dug so deep into the side of my toe and was pulling the skin off, I told her to stop because it hurt. She poured some of blue liquid on it when it started to bleed and now it’s a week later and my toe is not healed and is infected. In addition to this issue the owners wife is rude and talks about customers to her friend that sits next to her which I have always just brushed off. They have gone down hill in service and staff knowing how to properly do nail care big time.

Thea is the best at mani/pedis, i’ve followed her around for a couple years now and i’ll never switch up. for my besties birthday i bought her her nails (shown with the long nails) and the other two pics are my own. she’s very skilled, talented, and precise. she easily makes photos come to life.

Thea is the only person I can trust with my nails. Finally after many years of doing nails I can finally say I found someone who I feel comfortable and safe with doing my nails. She always has a smile on her face and makes sure you are satisfied with the product she gives. She is very reassuring and makes your input known. I will continue to get my nails done by her, I am very appreciative of her, her work and her time.

My husband went to Thea a few years ago for a mani pedi and was hooked ever since. He then introduced her to me and I never looked back. She is super gentle and very professional. Whatever design I request, she will always execute. Thea pays close attention to detail. She is very artistic, clean and professional. Her prices are also reasonable. We will never leave our Thea and will follow her wherever she goes.
