Had a great experience! The place is (newly?) renovated and looks amazing inside! Diana did a wonderful pedicure, took her time and was very kind. Some of their offerings are quite pricey but I just got a regular sugar pedicure and it was $48 with tax.

Everytime I get my nails done I come here and they always do such an amazing job! Love this place. The atmosphere is amazing as well. So many options to choose from too. Definitely recommend

I visited this nail salon with my mom recently as walk-in. I had a decent service from Tracy but my mom Hidemi got injured while taking service from Bee?( Kim?) I’ve attached pictures of her injury. I heard my mom said ouch! during taking pedicure care. But the technician was keeping her work without asking my mom if she is ok or not. She didn’t even say sorry to her. In addition, Bee was texting to someone often while doing service so my mom didn’t receive enough service and foot massage compared to me cause of her tidy work. My mom was kind enough to not to blame her but this was my gift to her while visiting me in hawaii so I felt so bad to my mom. Anyway, please watch out her if you visit here. FYI I paid full and tip too even mom got injured from their service.

Had an appointment at 11, they didn’t take me until after 11:30, then after deciding on the gel polish sugar pedicure ($63) without tip, I noticed my card was actually charged $78. Then upon looking at my actual pedicure, it could have been done way better taken more time to do well. I would not bother here and stick to Nail Story in Honolulu instead

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I came in to do a Gel X removal and a no polish manicure to give my nails a break. The removal was normal but for the “manicure” all I got was a critical trim and my nails filed down a little. It literally took two seconds. My total came to $48 after tax. $15 for removal and $30 for the “manicure”. I was in shock at the price. I absolutely wouldn’t have asked for a manicure if I knew that’s all I’d get. No lotion, massage, or even cuticle oil. I wish I said something but it didn’t really fully hit me until I left. The women who did my service was nice but absolutely never again. Felt like I got scammed.
