Kai’s services were nothing but amazing. I’m so glad I was able to finally get in and see her. I got a hydra facial & my lip, brows, and axillas waxed for the very first time and to be honest was super scared but she talked me through it and man I wish I had done this sooner. Horrible service from someone working the frount counter. I broke out in a terrible rash. I tried to speak to someone about it. Staff at the front counter was rude and refused to let me speak with a manager who can help me resolve my skin concerns. She then put me on hold, hung up and refused to answer the phone when I called back a couple of times. I'm not talking with them or doing business anymore. I'll just dispute my payment for bad service and never go back there.

Kai does a great job at keeping you comfortable in a clean, calming environment. Her service is always amazing!
