Kai med spa is like heaven on earth. My tan looked amazing on spring break . My laser hair removal was the best in the city . I would recommend Kai to everyone in Atlanta and beyond .

Kai is my "go to" place for all my facial needs! From skin care products, to makeup to facial treatments, I am always pleased with each of Kai's team members and their knowledge, professionalism and genuine care and kindness to their customers. Recently, I had microneedling done by Grace. She was amazing. And the results were so rewarding. If you are looking for a wonderful Med Spa, look no further! You won't be disappointed.

I've made Kai my "go to" for just about everything from laser hair removal, massages and now injections. I cannot say enough good things about the services I've received and how the staff accommodated my schedule around traffic. I was so nervous about getting the Kybella treatment in my chin, but Grace checked in on me throughout the process and I am so happy with my results!! Love Kai!

Teresa at Kai is amazing! She recommended a wonderful skincare system for me that removed most of my dark spots. She also did a great chemical peel that removed the remaining dark spots, and left my skin looking 20 years younger. She cares about her clients and checks in with them often about their skincare needs. You will not be disappointed with Teresa!

Where do I begin...From the minute you walk in the door, the staff at Kai make you feel like a VIP. Grace, Claudia, Theresa and Brooke are always warm, inviting and greet you with a smile. Claudia is always so helpful and patient when trying to accomodate my hectic schedule. Both my daughter and I have received facials that were AMAZING! My teenage daughter was suffering from terrible breakouts and Brooke and Theresa have worked magic with their facials. Her skin is clear and beautiful! When I was considering laser treatment for broken blood vessels on my face, Grace was so calming and thoroughly explained the procedure and what to expect. Any anxiety or apprehension I once had, no longer exists and I have been extremely happy with the results!
