Location: Oakland, Nail tech: Tanya, Occassion: Office Holiday Party. When it comes to nail art no one can beat this young woman. From her quaint nail parlor, to the after hours request and booking looking at the photos she is worth every dime. She was there early, drinks were offered, parking was easy. Tanya expose me to a romantic film thru Nexflix and before I knew it time was up. I have found my new nail tech who is easy to collaborate with. Run don’t walk to this spot to get your nails done. I guarantee you won’t regret it. Tanya is the best.

This is the best lash place I’ve ever been to, in any state. I’ve tried a lot of places. You won’t find better, seriously. Juju is amazing and great at everything she does. She’s an angel on earth and so are her staff. She’s not just a beauty expert, she helps women start careers and everything she does is the epitome of kindness. The entire experience here is extremely comfortable, I can’t imagine going anywhere else. You can shop in the boutique when you arrive, very cute and unique items. Thank you for everything, you guys are amazing.

I took the Lash Extensions, Lash Lift & Tint, and Brow Lamination course here at KAI Beauty, and it was honestly one of the best training experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was taught so patiently and clearly, with every step explained in detail and never rushed. The entire learning process felt supportive, professional, and genuinely confidence-boosting. The kit I received was also amazing! It came with everything I needed to start practicing right away, and the quality of the products was top-tier. I left the course feeling fully prepared and excited to start offering these services. If you’re thinking about taking any beauty course, I highly recommend this place—such an incredible experience!

I have had the lash lift and tint in the past. But nothing like this. My technician was so professional and did an amazing job. My eyelashes are above and beyond amazing. Highly recommend!!!
