Kahuna Chair - Best KM, Colleyville

Purchase this new chair from Kahuna Message Chair in North Richland Hills, Texas. The Kahuna chair is called “cloud” but I have an issue in that I can’t use the foot rollers due to air bags squeezing the feet so hard that it feels like the bones are going to break.! The Kahuna service center said nothing can be adjusted and dealer wants additional money to swap due to “stocking fee.”

Edited: Owner helped by adjusting restocking fee some more so I am comfortable adjusting to 3 stars. Please pay attention to these reviews, if you are not 100% satisfied with the chair in the store, the chair does not get better when it shows up to your home I am being asked to pay a $3,000 restocking fee after being misled about specific features of the chair (KAPPA roller intensity can NOT be adjusted like I was promised) I still like the chair OK but everybody else in the house can’t use it because it is so intense. The airbags can be adjusted but they squeeze way too hard down by the heel and you have to go through several menu screens to get to the setting to lower level which is SIMPLY a poor design. However, even at the lowest setting, it feels too strong & my wife has to hang

I wasn’t in search for a massage chair or anything but when I was in the area, I saw these massive, fine leather chairs. After taking a step in, one of the workers greeted me immediately and gave me a tour around the shop. He even let me try their Kahuna EM-8500! As soon as I settled into the chair, that chair took me places no airplane could take me. However, my wallet turned into a Bernie Sanders and needed financial support. Luckily, the worker informed me that I can finance it with 0% APR. Unbelievable! Overall, great customer service, awesome chair, and unbeatable prices at this place!
