Update: Dec. 26th I went to get small box braids and was given exactly what I wanted. Kady reached out to me and came up with a solution to make sure I get exactly what I wanted. Which I appreciate so much. Thank you Kady! & thank you Asia for doing my hair. *added a photo* The inconsistency in lengths and sizing is an issue. I’ve been coming faithfully every 2 months this year. April 2025 I got singles and cornrows. Touching my butt. The appointment says pass/bra lower back. I know I paid 220. Yesterday I go in for THE SAME style, when I’m done I noticed it’s to my bra strap. I was told to come back, optimistically thinking this would be resolved but it wasn’t. I was told I could get the curls taken out to give it the length was not what I wanted. Highly disappointed in the outcome.

Would NOT recommend AT ALL! My appointment was scheduled for 3pm. I arrived at 2:50pm. Upon arrival I received a phone call from a braiders assistant to come at 4pm because the braider was still working on a client. I waited patiently in the lobby. NOBODY started on my hair until 6PM!!! On top of them having me wait for 3 hours, they did a rush job. At first there were 2 ladies working on my head which then turned to 1. I didn’t get out the salon until past 11pm. I scheduled my appointment for earlier so I could get out at a decent time. They also overcharged me and DID NOT listen to what I wanted. I asked for mid back medium sized twists. They twisted my hair all the way down to my waist. That is not what I wanted at all because that’s too much hair and very heavy. They also made them sma

First experience was ok but my hair did start to stick out of the braid around week 5. Pics below from 2nd experience. I mentioned I didn’t think my parts were straight and the sections were not the same size (some smaller than others). I was told they’ve been doing knotless for years and didn’t see a problem so go enjoy my braids…. Editing my review because I’m still pissed 2 years later looking at these uneven parts. And the braider said go enjoy your braids when she should have offered a refund.

I was extremely happy with the outcome of my braids. Everyone was pleasant and the ladies that were with me from start to finish were lovely. They kept asking me if I was okay. I will definitely be back. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you

I got box braids yesterday. Amy did an excellent job and was very pleasant. I will continue to visit this shop😊
