Let me start by saying 10 out 10. Karolay is so sweet & very accommodating. She was out here helping me with things she probably didn’t need to but did out of the kindness of her heart. I thought her prices were reasonable & fair. She is very honest & professional. She did my mom’s make up & me & my daughter’s hair & makeup for my daughter’s quinceañera. She even gave us touch up kits. She also went out of her way by having snacks & drinks for us which I just thought was the cutest and sweetest gesture. Funny part is that I don’t even live in Lancaster. I would travel again for her 💝 I would definitely recommend her!

Got my hair styled for my wedding and loved every moment with Karolay! Before my wedding day we did a hair consultation and she understood my vision and listened to what I wanted.

I highly recommend Karolay as a makeup artist. I just got married last month and it was really hard to find a makeup professional with reasonable price and available since it was kinda last minute. I found her on facebook and from the beginning she was very sweet. I loved her service, ethic, honesty, kindness and price. On the day of my wedding she waited until I put the dress on and made sure I was perfectly satisfied with the makeup before she left. She even gave me the cutest "Mrs" case with a touch up kit in case I cried so I could fix the makeup before the pictures. She did my mom's makeup as well and we absolutely loved it.

Karolay slays my lashes Every. Single. Time. Her shop is CLEAN, her lash chair is like lying on a cloud, and the quality of her work is amazing. I have never had lashes that didn’t burn my eyes the day I got them done. I don’t know what magic juju she uses, but I’ve never had that problem with her. Call her! She’s worth it!

Quiet place for womens to relax! Excelent customer service and really good prices. My wife really loves this place. Love her with her lashes. Hair also looks amazing! Nataly and Karolay are very nice! Me personally recomend this place.
