Absolutely love this song place! They’re always so nice and have the best customer service. My nails are in the best shape they’ve ever been in. I highly recommend.

Paid $55 for just a fill. No color, anything. When I asked the girl to paint over my nails with a gel coat she told me that any color I put over my nails was going to be clear. My nails look pretty bad. They are crooked and the acrylic Isn’t even covering my entire nail. The sides of my nails are now just bare. also asked for my nails to be trimmed a little bit as they were getting to be too long, and they were not trimmed at all. I was trying to have my nails painted a solid color and the girl pretty much told me that she can’t do that because I have French tips already, which is what I always have. I was trying to have them painted over completely. And I guess that was too much. I should’ve really just gone somewhere else. I really don’t recommend this place at all. It’s not worth the

I just got a beautiful gel manicure there that was fairly cheap too, win win. The staff was also very sweet and polite. Update (5/9/23) Came back today and still had the best service I could ask for. It’s sad to see low reviews because people use this salon as a baby sitter for their mother, or ask for a service and surprised they are charged for it. Please give this shop a chance. Their prices are the same as any salon in VA but without the crowd and wait.

This is my second time using this salon and the last time. I did not care for the polish so I asked for another coat because it looked very thin. You would have thought I asked for a kidney because both of the owners became very irate and to add insult to injury, she charged me not only to add polish but to take it off and redo it. I told her I only wanted another coat added but she insisted she had to remove the top coat for a do-over. They got very angry making me feel very uncomfortable. When I went to pay my bill, she charged me $105.00 for a regular mani/pedi. I will never go back to this place for ANYTHING. I will drive to Greenbrier first before I support them ever again. They do a great job just a little too expensive for a fill in and pedicure. Way better than Happy Nails in Grandy, NC I can definitely tell you that‼️
